Products will be delivered within 2-5 working days if not earlier. We have tied up with some of the reputed courier service providers to ensure prompt and safe delivery to your doorstep. All orders would be shipped via air mode, ensuring the fastest delivery times. All orders would be shipped within 24 hours, and orders received before 12 PM will be shipped on the same day.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to our customer care for any help with cancellations.
Return & Refund Policy
In case you are not happy with the product purchased, buyers are eligible to return the product within 7 days of the delivery date – NO QUESTION ASKED. Drop us your order details such as the order# to contact@florican.in. We would initiate your return pickup on priority.
All products being returned must be unused and in original condition with the original product packaging. The refund would be processed to buyer on us receiving back the original product.
All refunds would be processed within 24 hours of us receiving the returned products. The amount would be refunded to your original payment method (UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Wallet) within 5-7 working days.
